Pertain to는 relate to보다는 좀더 formal한 형태,
Relate to는 보다 general한 형태, 모두 ~와 관련이 있다는 의미

Underscore은 밑줄을 긋다, 즉 강조하다라는 의미. Underline과 같은 의미.
